Pets & Pet Walks

Pets are to be on a leash when walking them outside of your townhome. This is a City of Hoover ordinance. Please do not let your pets use the lawns of others, common areas near the mail center, and common areas near the Dog Trails. If accidents happen, please be prepared to clean up after your pet. 

Pet walks are located at the east end of Mountain Laurel Court and the east end of Mountain Laurel Lane where the signs are posted.  Please use these areas for your pets.  Do not allow your pets to use your neighbor's yard! 

And speaking of pets . . . Number 14 in the Restrictive Covenants reminds us . . .

"No animals, livestock or poultry of any kind shall be raised, bred or kept on any lot, except for dogs, cats
or other household pets may be kept provided they are not kept, bred or maintained for any commercial
purpose.
